Summer School in August 2026
Interesting facts
From August 23 to 25, the conservatory hosted another annual Summer School for Dance Teachers. The theme of this year's Summer School was improvisation.
Workshops with Jarek Cemerek
Interesting facts
In February 2026, students once again had the opportunity to join workshops with Jarek Cemerek. And the students were rewarded with a burst of energy and excellent movement material.
Repertoire and gaga with Nataša Novotná
Education
In October 2026, 4th and 5th-year students once again had the unique opportunity to work with the renowned dancer, choreographer, and teacher Nataša Novotná. The students were introduced to the unique movement language known as Gaga. The 5th-year students also worked on selected repertoire.
Workshops with Milan Herich
Education
In October 2026, students in their third, fourth, and fifth years had the unique opportunity to work closely with the dancer, performer, and choreographer Milan Herich.

From April 8 to 10, fifth- and sixth-year students worked with the renowned and internationally acclaimed dancer and choreographer Jiří Pokorný, who has collaborated with Laterna Magika, the National Dance Theater (NDT), and a number of leading choreographers and dance companies.

During the first week of May, students in grades 3, 5, and 6 worked with the renowned choreographer, dancer, and teacher Nina Funk. This gave the students the opportunity to learn about countertechnique.
5th year students on SHARE Festival in Bratislava
Interesting facts
From June 9 to 13, our fifth-year students will participate in the 6th annual SHARE Festival, organized by the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava.
Cooperation with HFMT Cologne
Interesting facts
On Tuesday, June 9, two workshops led by dance teachers from the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne were held for our fifth-year students. These workshops mark the beginning of a more intensive collaboration between the conservatory and this institution.
